Support Summit Adventure

Since 1971, Summit has used wilderness and adventure-based learning to encourage people out of their comfort zones and into the unfamiliar realm of challenge and growth. We do this in a number of course locations, and are continually looking for new course areas and organizations to partner with. Regardless of where we are or who we are working with, there is one group of people that Summit absolutely could not function without: our generous and faithful financial donors.

Why Donate to Summit?

As an independent, non-denominational 501(c)(3) ministry, Summit does not receive any financial support from a denomination, camp, church, or other parent organization. Throughout the history of Summit, we have existed solely on course revenue and private donations. In fact, donations routinely make up roughly 50% of our operating budget, and the ministry would not survive without the continued financial donors.

There are many reasons to donate to Summit, including:

  1. You support the mission statement of Summit Adventure.
  2. To facilitate transformational learning that strengthens relationships, deepens faith, and builds compassion through Christ-centered outdoor adventure, service, and experiential education.

  3. You benefited from a Summit experience and would like to enable others to have the same experience.

You can find more information in our Case For Support. (link to Case for Support) and read our 2010 Year in Review
